Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary's claim that crime may occur in Bihar but there is no “apraadh” has sparked a political row. RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav mocked the statement, questioned the Chief Minister's leadership and raised concerns over the state's law-and-order situation.

Bihar has signed an MoU with the Centre to scientifically remove accumulated silt from rivers and water bodies and utilise suitable material in National Highway construction. The initiative, launched under the Nadi Sanjivani programme, aims to improve river capacity, support flood management, conserve agricultural land and accelerate infrastructure development.

Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has urged Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to expedite approval for four major highway and expressway projects worth ₹49,751 crore. Covering approximately 330 kilometres, the projects aim to improve road connectivity, reduce transportation costs and strengthen Bihar's infrastructure.
